Silver mirror, the typical mirror is a sheet or a piece of glass that is coated on its back with silver that produce image by reflection. Silver Mirror is adopting the chemical plating method, the mirror glass is produced through a trinal processing work by coating a silver film, a copper film and two layers of waterproof paint on the back of flat and smooth-surface float glass. Silver Mirror could supply Clear and exact images, the backing paint resists acid and moisture, durable to 20 years. Widely used as the material mirror sheet & pieces for furniture, bathroom mirror, decoration, cosmetic mirror, rearview mirror for automobile, safety mirror with vinyl back, etc.

Packing: Large mirror sheet and pieces packed by three types of packaging - Standard wooden crate and End-cap wooden cases, frame glass and processed mirrors with retail packaging by corrugated cartons.
Standard wooden crates are sturdy wooden cases made from kiln-dried wood. They are available with optional legs to allow for easy forklift unloading. All of our products can be packaged in standard crates. Normal size for crates is 4000 pounds and 2000 pounds.
End-caps packing is convenient for the end-user to unpack, it is especially welcomed in Australia Market for 4mm Vinyl backed mirror and louver glass.
Loading and shipment:
For our overseas customers, The containers can be either GP (closed top) or OT (open top) depending on your facilities and equipment. Usually the large mirror sheet shipped by 20' FCL.
Our packing team is well trained and experienced in loading and reinforcing the glass mirror properly inside the container to prevent possible breakage on the road of long distance of ocean transportation.
